Italpresse Hot Press with Side Pushing Cylinders PL/9

The PL/9 model is a traditional hot press supplied with solid steel drilled or fabricated platens complete with hydraulic pressing cylinders that apply a lateral pressing force on the side of the panel. This will allow the pressing of edge glued panels.

The lateral pressing cylinders might be assembled on the short or on the longer side and are electronically controlled by the control interface.

The mod. PL/9 is a very flexible machine, it may be used as a hot or cold press to laminate flat as well as edge glued panels.

The loading will be done manually and the dimensions and the available pressures are the ones made by the “XL” models (see the category “standard hot presses”).
