| Description | Suction plate type BSP 100 PV, Speedmasterwith mounted seal Ø 100 mm in NBR gray andspring loaded pressure pin in white PVC whichactivated the vacuum once the suction platetouches the work piece. The rigid installed suspensionbolt Ø 20 x 260 mm has an M20x1,5 mm outside thread and a mounted hose nipple for anØ 12 mm vacuum hose. The suction cup consists of an aluminum Baseplate, a rigid installed suspension bolt of steel tube with 16 mm or 20 mm and a seal, which holds on the base plate by inherent strength. A plastic pin valve is installed into the Baseplate. By touch down onto the work piece, the existing vacuum is immediately activated and the work piece is sucked on safely. Central vacuum supply through the suspension bolt. Fast and cost efficient exchange of the seal by pulling off from the Baseplate. Often used in IMA machines |
