Protect sensitive surfaces from friction marks caused by transport rollers

MTC-ROLL protective covers are specially designed for the gentle transport of glass panes and sensitive metal plates and sheets on roller conveyors.

The very light and tear-resistant protective covers prevent direct contact between the transport roller and the workpiece. This largely prevents avoidable marks and friction marks. This effective surface protection leads to greater transport safety without the need for subsequent polishing or replacement. The covers also protect the contact surfaces of the rollers themselves, thus extending their service life.

For an optimal fit, the stretchy protective cover is pulled over the transport roller and stretched on both sides until the entire surface is covered. The cover is adjusted to fit using the elastic bands sewn into both sides, which are then used to tie the cover closed.
